Will be ordering the Drive, Focus and Grip video and was thinking about getting one of the balls.

What size should I get for a 3yr old GSD? Thanks.

My four yo uses the medium ball. The small one would likely be too small, and he has a large one and doesn't care for it. They also make a football which he loves for fetch, by the way. Leerburg doesn't carry that one, but I suggest it for consideration as a toy.

I have the Drive, Focus, Grip DVD, and my dog loves the activities described there. It took a little time to build drive, don't give up if he is a little slow at first.

On Ed's Orbee ball web page, he recommends the medium size: "**We recommend the Meduim sized Orbee Ball for the Drive and Focus work for dogs that are 3-4 months or older**".

The medium is perfect for the drive and focus work.
