Perfect Form is a supplement to support the normal healthy functioning of your pets' digestive tract. This pet nutrition supplement combats gas, facilitates regularity, firms up loose stools, soothes and protects the GI Tract.
The ingredients in Perfect Form help to support normal, healthy digestive function and regularity. A good quality diet is vital for the over all health of the whole body, including the digestive system. Perfect Form is intended as a supplement to a wholesome, natural diet, not an alternative to it.
No fillers or synthetic ingredients whatsoever. Perfect Form contains absolutely no added salt, sugar, artificial preservatives, by-products, dairy or grain ingredients of any kind.
Ingredients:
Papaya leaf, plantain, slippery elm, pectin, pumpkin seed, fennel and papain.

Feeding Guidlines:
We recommend dividing the following amounts into two daily servings, and mixing Perfect Form directly with your pet's food.

Serving Recommendations:
If feeding the Honest Kitchen's dehydrated diets for pets, Perfect Form may be soaked in warm water along with the food if desired. Alternatively, mix Perfect Form with a little warm water to make a gel or paste, and stire thoroughly into food.
This supplement naturally contains some large pieces of herb leaf, stem and root. This is completely normal, but very large, hard pieces may be discarded if preferred. Perfect Form contains no animal feed grade ingredients.
